How to complain:
Any complaints should be addressed to the practice manager, ideally in writing.
If the complaint is about clinical care or associated charges it will normally be referred to the patients’ dentist, unless the patient prefers it to be handled by the practice manager.
The practice will follow its complaints procedure by investigating and responding to the complaint.
