All staff were very helpful and courteous. The Clinician explained very clearly what proceedure she was doing and also asked for my permission to proceed.

I lost part of a filling. I contacted the surgery on Thursday and had an appointment the next day. Very grateful that problem was sorted very quickly.

The staff are friendly and always helpful.Dr House remains professional, yet friendly and humorous, a good balance.The hygienist always takes time for explanations and goes that extra distance to be helpful.

Everyone in the practice is courteous, warm and helpful. They make a visit to the dentist as pleasant as it can be! The only thing they could improve on is more comfortable seating and better magazines in the waiting room!

Competent and professional

I have been a patient with the Rowcroft Dental Centre since 1979, (previously in Lansdown) and would never change to a new surgery. All staff are so approachable and understanding.

Everyone from receptionist to the clinician were helpful and professional . As a returning patient I am now quite familiar to some of the staff and l am always greeted with a smile and a familiar “ oh hello how are you. Dr House is very patient with me and gives me all the time I need, especially as I do tend to talk a lot. My Dental treatment is always painless and thorough. It is a pleasure to go to the dentist these days . Almost like a social occasion .Well done to all staff.

I can’t recommend Rowcroft Dental practice highly enough. I now live a hour away but couldn’t image going anywhere else. The whole team are always friendly yet very professional.
