Friendly professional staff. A pleasure to visit for the check ups.

All staff are friendly, efficient and professional. The receptionists, nurses, hygienists and dentists are all highly skilled and understanding. All staff focus on making your visit as pleasant as possible. I don't think I have ever had such great dental care or felt so comfortable visiting a dental surgery. The overall atmosphere in the waiting area of clients trust and expectation of great care is both relaxing and reassuring. Communication by all staff is outstanding as are the dental services provided.

This is the best dental practice I have ever used and I'm not young

Highly skilled clinicians both dentists , hygienists and dental nurses. I have been a nervous patient in the past due to water in mouth and being reclined. They have really made me confidant in having any work done because they listened and acted on my fears . The fact I use interdental brushes everyday and have healthy gums is down to the surgeries excellent encouragement and teaching methods. I have had implants . Also excellent experience. I’m a patient who has prophylatic antibiotics for congenital heart valve disease and consequent interventions. I don’t drive so they accomadate the fact I have to have appts with my husband and take AB before hand. We have both been with Rowcroft for over 30 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

my hygienist is first class and explains things very clearly. my dentist lucy is superb. explains what she is doing. at the end of the check up she advises of what needs to be done in the future. she is a credit to your practice as is the hygenist and all of the reception team. it is a pleasure to attend your surgery. the surgery is so clean .the staff deserve the highest praise for the service they give. i hope all will be thanked.thank you. john cleever

The Dental Hygiene Room was upstairs which is a very positive move.The Hygienist made me feel relaxed. She worked efficiently with suggestions for cleaning my teeth and using the blue and orange TE PE's
