Comfy chair, feet up, music in the background. We are happy to tailor the tunes to your taste. Or you can bring your own music and headphones and zone out to your favourites while we check your dental health. It doesn’t take long and is painless. We can stop at any time if you need a break.

Your first dental treatment

This can be as simple and pain-free as polishing your teeth or a sealant filling. You won’t feel a thing and will walk tall when we’ve finished. And don’t forget the music!

I made a mistake about the date of my appointment which was scheduled for the following week. The receptionist was sympathetic and said there was cancellation at the same time if I would have a different hygienist. I was very grateful and accepted her offer. The Hygienist looked at my notes previous to my arrival and after the usual questions proceeded with treatment. Excellent manner and technique. Thank you

I had a dental emergency - I rang at 9am on Monday , was seen by lunch time with an emergency filling scheduled for the next day. The dentists were brilliant - friendly and explained everything - great service for a nervous patient. All staff were friendly, efficient and helped the process run smoothly.

Was surprised by the questions asked regarding my preference of a hygienist and felt I was listened to with respect and courtesy and it meant I felt I was not judged by my responses and was put at ease and that It was ok to talk as I was in a safe environment which I realised was very important

Started with the friendly reception staff. Once I had been taken in to see the Dentist, both he and his dental nurse did everything to put me at ease and explain the treatment I was about to receive. The Dentist then carried out my implant placement with a minimum amount of pain. Afterward the treatment he took as much time as I needed to explain how I should look after the affected area post treatment and the best way to deal with any pain I should experience (not needed as it turned out). Lastly I received a phone call the following day from reception to check that everything was Ok and that I had no problems which was a nice, unexpected courtesy.
