Amazing behaviour from everyone, squickly clean environment and welcoming, didn't felt weird or scared at all, being my first time having an extraction, Doctor was calm and worked with patience and was careful when I faced some pain, explained well to me what's the next step and overall a nice experience, would definitely come back if I ever need more things done.

I have attended Rowcroft for nearly 20 years and started off needing sedation . Over the years I have gradually been able to have treatment without the need of sedation. I however still struggle with nerves but I am always completely put at ease with the hygienist and the dentist.

I have been a patient at Rowcroft Dentist for over 20 years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust my dental care to anyone else. From the very beginning, the level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness has always been exceptional. Dr House is someone I trust completely, he is honest, calm, and always does what is truly best for you and your teeth. Lisa is an absolutely incredible hygienist. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and advice have made such a positive impact on my dental health, and she always takes the time to explain everything in a way that feels supportive and reassuring. I’ve recently signed my nearly 3 year old and 6 year old up to a dental plan, and seeing how patient, gentle, and kind the entire team are with them has been so reassuring as a parent. They go out of their way to make children feel comfortable and confident, turning what could be a scary experience into a really positive one. The whole practice has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, you truly feel cared for the moment you walk through the door. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of how lovely, professional, and amazing everyone at Rowcroft Dentist is. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

All staff were very helpful and courteous. The Clinician explained very clearly what proceedure she was doing and also asked for my permission to proceed.

I lost part of a filling. I contacted the surgery on Thursday and had an appointment the next day. Very grateful that problem was sorted very quickly.

The staff are friendly and always helpful.Dr House remains professional, yet friendly and humorous, a good balance.The hygienist always takes time for explanations and goes that extra distance to be helpful.

Everyone in the practice is courteous, warm and helpful. They make a visit to the dentist as pleasant as it can be! The only thing they could improve on is more comfortable seating and better magazines in the waiting room!

Haveing had an appointment today, l have a chat with the manager who have sorted the issues of my portal out. l'm satisfied with her credible explanation of it and her ability as the manager.
