I have been a patient at Rowcroft Dental Surgery and have been looked after by Dr. House and Dr. Lucy Li. From my very first appointment, both dentists demonstrated exceptional patience, care, and professionalism that truly put me at ease. I was referred for an implant consultation regarding a complicated back molar, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoroughly they approached my case. Rather than rushing to a decision, they took the time to conduct a comprehensive examination, including detailed X-rays, to fully understand the complexity of my situation before discussing any treatment options. It was clear that they carefully considered every aspect of my case before recommending. The entire team at Rowcroft Dental Surgery creates a wonderfully warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of staff is friendly.

Courteous service as ever.

The dentist and nurse were friendly, patient and explained things clearly. They listened to me and gave me confidence. However I was not happy with the booking experience. The receptionist seemed more concerned about how I would pay than my dental pain. She did not tell the dentist that I was experiencing pain when I phoned.

There are quite a few dentists in Stroud. This is my preferred one.

lucy the dentist was first class. my plate fitted when it came back was very good. she gave me advise about using fixident and gave me a sample. it is always a pleasure to come to this dental practice. all staff i see are very helpful. lucy is very thorough . the hygenist is very good and the reception team is excellant.easy to get an appointment and i had an estimate for my treatment. cannot fault anything at this surgery.

I have visited the surgery many times for dental care over many years and have always found the level of treatment and care excellent. On my last visit I received Hygienist care from Lisa whom I have visited many times who has helped build my confidence in having dental treatment. Lisa has always shown me care, understanding and respect for my fear and phobia of needles.

I am a very nervous patient and I know my dentist Lucy and my hygienist Lisa are aware and take all this into consideration during my appointment.

As usual - excellent. Lisa really puts you at ease. Lucy is always so informative and explains what she is about to do. Both always take care to make me feel comfortable as I am so afraid of going to the dentist !!!!

They always explain what options you have, really care to get a positive outcome. I feel they don’t do work which is not needed and really care about their patients.
